🥍 What Is 4x4 Lacrosse?

The Q4 4x4 League is a small-sided, no-goalie lacrosse format played with soft balls, small goals, and quick games. Each team plays multiple games per session, rotating on and off the field for constant action and learning.

It’s designed to replicate the feel of backyard lacrosse — creative, low-pressure, and tons of fun.

📍 When & Where

The current, and FIRST, Q4 4x4 League runs on Monday evenings at Branchburg Sports Complex, with divisions for:

• 3rd/4th Grade at 5 PM

• 5th/6th Grade at 6 PM

  
  

Each night includes 3 games per team over a one-hour slot — high reps in a short amount of time.
