Little Sticks
For: B
oys & Girls
Day & Time: Wednesdays | 6:30-7:15PM
Dates: January 10th - February 28th (8 Sessions)
Level: Beginner
Grades: K-2nd
This program is designed to introduce boys and girls from K-2nd grade to the great sport of lacrosse in a fun and safe environment! Clinics will focus on the fundamentals of lacrosse and developing the motor skills needed to thrive in any sport. Players will be provided kid friendly sticks to use while at the clinics for optimal safety and usability, as some other sticks are too big or not constructed well for younger players. No equipment needed! There will be no contact taught or permitted at these clinics.

Boys Youth Academy
For: Boys
*NEW* SESSION 1 Day & Time: Wednesdays | 6:30-7:30PM
SESSION 2 Day & Time: Wednesdays | 7:30-8:30PM
Dates: January 10th - February 28th (8 Sessions)
Level: Beginner & Intermediate
Grades: 3rd-8th Grade
This program is designed for boys in 3rd-8th Grades to experience all aspects of lacrosse! Players will work in small groups through various drills and situations to learn the ins and outs of offense, defense, and overall fundamentals of the game. This clinic is more of an "overall" training geared towards younger players and beginners looking to build confidence in all areas of lacrosse.

Advanced Defense Academy
For: B

Day: Mondays
Times: Middle School 7:30-8:30PM | High School 8:30-9:30pm
Dates: January 8th - February 26th (8 Sessions)
Level: Advanced & Elite
Grades: 6th-8th Grade (Middle School) 9th-12th Grade (High School)
This program is designed for advanced and elite boys players in 6th-12th Grades looking to become shutdown defenders! Players in this program should understand basic defensive concepts and be ready to learn techniques to win 1v1 matchups, dominate 2v2 scenarios and pick play, elite off-ball support, proper takeaway checks and other aspects that make a great defender.

Advanced Offense Academy

Times: Middle School 7:30-8:30PM | High School 8:30-9:30pm
Dates: January 8th - February 26th (8 Sessions)
Level: Advanced & Elite
Grades: 6th-8th Grade (Middle School) 9th-12th Grade (High School)
This program is designed for advanced boys players in 6th-12th Grades looking to become lethal shooters and uncoverable dodgers! Players in this program should already grasp basic concepts of the game and be ready for more in depth and intense training to become the best offensive players they can be. Training will focus on shooting power, accuracy, and dodging techniques.

Youth Girls Academy
For: Girls

Grades: 3rd-8th Grade

Level: Advanced & Elite
Grades: 6th-12th Grade
This program is designed for girls in 6th-12th Grades looking to develop next level skills on the offensive and defensive ends of the field! Players will work in position groups with coaches to work on offensive and defensive concepts and techniques before coming together to compete in live situational drills and small sided games.

Advanced Goalie Training
For: Boys & Girls

Day: Mondays
Times: 7:30-8:30pm
Dates: January 8th - February 26th (8 Sessions)
Level: Advanced & Elite
Grades: 6th-12th Grade
This program is designed for boys and girls in 6th-12th (advanced 5th graders welcome) grades looking to become dominant between the pipes. Goalies are the anchor of any good defense and this academy will teach every aspect of being a brickwall in goal including footwork, body positioning, hand movement, ball control, and more!

Advanced Face-off Training
For: Boys

Day: Mondays
Times: 8:30-9:30pm
Dates: January 8th - February 26th (8 Sessions)
Level: Advanced & Elite
Grades: 6th-12th Grade
This program is designed for boys in 6th-12th grades looking to OWN THE X. This program will be led by Rutgers Face-off Coach Peter Dolan and Caldwell University Head Coach Blase Mantineo and will focus on face-off fundamentals, techniques, counter attacks, ground balls, and all aspects required to become a dominant Face-off midfielder!

PLEASE NOTE: Q4 Lacrosse reserves the right to move players in and out of programs based on ability. If we feel a player would be better suited in another program, we will notify the family and make the adjustment. (ie. If a player registers for an "Advanced" program but is better suited in the Youth Academy, we will notify the player/family and make the adjustment in our system.)
